Abstract
Research dataset underlying peer reviewed manuscript containing:
(1) Results for the synthetic case ("synthetic.zip")
True ("states_true.xlsx") and updated states obtained by the IMM-CKF ("states_updated_imm.xlsx") and two CKFs ("states_updated_ckf_1.xlsx" and "states_updated_ckf_1.xlsx"); sub-filter/mode probabilities ("sub_filter_probabilities.xlsx"), covered 3 months from 2000-01-01 to 2000-03-01 with an hourly time step;
(2) Results for the real case ("sql_db.zip")
Streamflow (q) and states (dv, dg, hq, and hs) forecasts (using perfect forcing) covering a period of 11 years (1999 to 2011, forecast for 120 hours with hourly time step) to determine the benefits of streamflow assimilation of the IMM-CKF using the fixed time step version of WALRUS hydrological model for a Dutch lowland area (Regge catchment).
Note that, the results saved here are the most important part of the results. All the results can be obtained by running the following research code and scripts.
Research code underlying peer reviewed manuscript containing
(1) Code and scripts for the synthetic case
Codes and scripts in "Code\synthetic" are used to reproduce the results, figures and tables for the synthetic case.
(2) Codes and scripts for the real case
Codes and scripts in "Code\real" are used to reproduce the results, figures and tables for the real case.
The sql server database files "paper_imm_ckf_1.mdf" and "paper_imm_ckf_1.ldf" must be first attached. It is recommeded that database is connected via "obdc" using the "sql server verification" with the following information: database = "paper_imm_ckf_1", username = "sa"; password = "247156".
Except for the table "tmp_tm" (must be kept), all the tables can be deleted before running the codes and scripts.
For both cases, running the script named "main" will automatically running all the scripts and codes.
