Abstract
Code and Beaver Restoration Assessment Tool (BRAT) outputs to validate and determine the performance of different calibration approaches.
Included is 1 annotated R Script in written in R Studio with the validation code for all of the Beaver Restoration Assessment Tool Outputs (BRAT), and csv files for each calibration approach and comparison BRAT version at 3 different scales. Also included is 1 annotated R Script written in R Studio for the Jenks Natural Breaks determination and csv files for the input.
A significant portion of the attributes are not determined us and were determined by the BRAT developers. Please see https://tools.riverscapes.net/brat/data/ for the Riverscapes BRAT versions and https://brat.riverscapes.net/Documentation/Outputs/WorkingWithBRATv3XOutputs for all other BRAT versions for more detailed descriptions.
