Abstract
This resource contains the archived data supporting analyses for the paper "Geographic Analysis of the Vulnerability of U.S. Lakes to Cyanobacterial Blooms under Future Climate". The resource is arranged in 3 directories:
* Boosted Regression Trees: Surrogate analysis of results on lake simulation models to predict temperature and stratification responses to changing climate as a function of geographic and morphological characteristics
* NLA_Lakes: Information on the 961 lakes from the 2007 National Lakes Assessment database included in the analysis.
* VulnerabilityAnalysis: Analysis of metrics of vulnerability of each lake to potential increased vulnerability to cyanobacteria blooms under future climate.
The climate analysis is based on CMIP5 climate simulations as statistically downscaled in the MACA archive.
