Data is collected by water year (previous October 01 through September 30 of named year), however WY 2007 is partial, starting in April. WY 2012 is also a partial water year, with data through March 23, 2012. Also see related dataset on soil moisture from these sites.
Additional metadata are available in the https://eng.ucmerced.edu/snsjho/files/MHWG/Field/SEKI/Wolverton/Site_4/Sap_flow_logger/level_1 parent directory of this dataset, such as site properties, instrumentation methods, and processing notes.
