Abstract
Cross hole piezometer testing collected by Addison Bell as part of a Master's thesis project characterizing the hydraulic properties of peat deposits in Maine. Data from from four clusters of wells installed in Meddybemps Heath and Caribou Bog are included. Details on the piezomter testing methods and results can be found in the University of Maine Master's thesis prepared by Addison Bell.
FIle names are formated using the well cluster ID, Date, and test inforamtion; each seperated by an underscore. Xle file are xml formatted raw data downloaded from data logging pressure transducers and csv files are pressure compensated water level data files.
The model validation folder contains python scripts and pdf files of model outputs comparing the outputs from a semi-analytic solution and a MODFLOW simulation for the cross-hole piezometer test. This was done to verify the MODFLOW simulations were correctly set up to simulation these tests.
