Abstract
SIBERIA-Pro is a user-friendly version of the SIBERIA landform evolution model. The original SIBERIA runs on a Fortran-based command prompt interface, which can be challenging for new users. Input files for SIBERIA, similar to the SSSPAM module, must follow a specific format. For example, the digital elevation model (DEM) and associated parameters need to be structured in as a *.rst2 file, while the area of interest (AOI) must be in a *.bnd file. Creating these files is not straightforward and can be difficult for beginners. Furthermore, SIBERIA lacks a dedicated platform for data visualization and analysis.
To overcome these limitations, SIBERIA-Pro was developed based on the original SIBERIA code but features a more user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI). It includes tools for data preparation and visualization, and a supplementary tool is provided for data conversion.
Details about SIBERIA and its data are available in the original SIBERIA documentation
