Abstract
This dataset presents groundwater apparent ages and modern recharge fractions derived from tritium-based modeling across the Central American Dry Corridor (CADC). Modeled groundwater apparent ages range from 1.3 to 59.6 years, with a median of 19.6 years, while modern recharge fractions range from 6.2% to 100%, with a median of 53.7%. These results highlight spatial variability in groundwater residence times and the mixing of modern and older groundwater across regional aquifer systems. The dataset provides valuable information for assessing groundwater recharge dynamics, aquifer vulnerability, and groundwater responses to hydroclimatic variability in the CADC.
