Abstract

This resource contains field data measured at Bull Trout Lake (BT) and Lower Deer Point (LDP) study locations in southern Idaho between the Fall of 2019 and the Summer of 2021. Continuous snow depth was measured in various canopy densities at both locations. At the LDP location, paired incoming shortwave radiation and incoming longwave radiation were measured in various canopy densities. Additionally, air temperature, relative humidity, incoming and outgoing radiation, and wind speed and direction were measured in open sites at both locations. All data were checked for erroneous values and changed to NA. Snow depth and incoming radiation data were aggregated to daily mean values. Weather data at LDP is at an hourly interval while weather data at BT is at a 15-minute interval.
