Abstract

The Data folder contains compressed files for seismic data collected from Yosemite's Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, a site of the Bedrock Cluster of NSF's Critical Zone Collaboration Network. The Data folder also contains compressed files with the final velocity models, rock physics inversion codes, and rock physics inversion results. The code needed to create the velocity models from the seismic data can be found at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10069477. This work is associated with the preprint "Deep Subsurface Water Stores Sustain Giant Sequoias" (Eppinger et al., 2025, DOI: https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.rs-8060016/v1) and was funded by NSF grant EAR-2012353.
