This folder contains the baseline river temperature model for Grand Canyon from Lees Ferry to Diamond Creek. The model is run using HydroCouple. See https://github.com/HydroCouple/HydroCoupleComposer/releases to obtain the latest software version. Note that .hcp and .hcc files contain paths to the HydroCouple software and must be changed in order to run model on a different computer Folder: Compositions -- HydroCouple Composition file Folder: csh -- Folder containing model and input/output data for the channel solute and heat transport component -- model configuration file has the file type .inp -- model output file is netCDF (.nc) -- model input files are .csv Folder: hts -- Folder containing model and output data for the hyporheic transient storage component -- model configuration file has the file type .inp -- model output file is netCDF (.nc) Folder: results -- Contains Matlab script (results.m) and functions used to evaluate the model. -- Function figures are written into the word doc contained within the folder -- Function figures are also saved as .fig Matlab figure files (in the Figures folder) Folder: rhe -- Folder containing model and input/output data for the radiative heat exchange component -- model configuration file has the file type .inp -- model output file is netCDF (.nc) -- model input files are .csv Folder: swmm -- Folder containing model and input/output data for the Stormwater Management Model component -- model configuration file has the file type .inp -- model input files are .dat -- model output files are .out and .rpt. SWMM output (flow, depth, velocity, width, etc.) is also included in the csh .nc file Folder: TS -- Folder containing model and input data (radiation scaling factors) for the time series provider component -- model configuration file has the file type .inp -- model input files are .csv
