Abstract
Groundwater is a vital resource in southern Peru, but decades of hydrogeologic and water quality data have remained fragmented across thousands of difficult-to-access reports and documents. This study compiled, standardized, and quality-controlled approximately 630,000 records from 2152 groundwater sampling locations into a comprehensive regional database. The resulting open-access dataset provides a valuable resource for research, groundwater management, and evidence-based decision making in the Arequipa region.
