This is a test case for demonstrating the capabilities of database

The database file is the West_king.db file, and it is also available as a JSON file as West_king.json. The file West_king_vis.json is used to load the database as a scenario into the visualization tool. The rating curves are the CSV files in the resource, and the individual rasters and shapefiles are the extent, depth, and water surface elevation files. The file naming system is set up so that it is FIMSourceID-RatingCurveID-type-flow. Type is Extent (EXT), Depth (DEP), Water Surface Elevation (WSE), Velocity (VEL), or Boundary (BND).
