This data repository includes: 1. Seismic survey of each transect at each site along the Anacostica river. 2. GIS shapefile with location of each site and each seismic survey. 3. Seismic velocity model products using a Bayesian rj-MCMC scheme based on Huang et al. (2021). The products are saved as Matlab .mat file format. 4. Seismic velocity models presented as in pdf format. 5. A ppt file that summaries all of the seismic velocity models.
