Abstract

Processed datasets supporting the comparative analysis of drought indices (SPI, SPEI, PDSI)
and precipitation correlation across ~222 CONUS HUC4 watersheds (2000–2020).
Includes monthly irrigation and public supply water withdrawal data aggregated to HUC12,
and per-reservoir storage time series. Generated as part of the 2026 REU project at
the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
