Abstract

This repository is for the study of the physical meaning of the Alpha in TSM.

Content:
# In OTIS_cases, the user can find the cases used for the OTIS. The folder contains 12 cases.
## To run the simulation, the user need to set up the parameters in q.inp / params.inp / control.inp.
## Then run ./OTIS in Linux system.

# In the hyporheicFoam_cases folder, the user can find 12 cases for the numerical simulation used for hyporheicFoam.

#The Supplementary_cases folder contains 100 cases for Case 3 with different mass transfer coefficient values. It has been used for determining the mass transfer coefficient used in the Inverse method.
