Abstract
This resource includes dissolved oxygen and dissolved CO2 measurements at an hourly resolution from Manton Creek, NT, Australia between 2018 and 2021. It also includes daily CO2 emissions and internal metabolic rates, and daily discharge measured by the Northern Territory Government (gauging station G8170075) and freely at https://ntg.aquaticinformatics.net/Data/DataSet/Summary/Location/G8170075/DataSet/Stream%20Discharge/Publish/Interval/Latest.
