Container for VIC Model Pre-processing
This resource contains the code and data for the pre-processing pipeline of the Variable Infiltration Capacity (VIC) model in Hydrology. This pipeline is containarized using Provenance to Use (PTU) module used internally by Sciunit:
The tar archive in this resource contains the relevant code and data in the cde-package/cde-root directory. To reproduce the model execution, follow these instructions on a Linux machine:
-
tar -xvf ptu_VIC_all.tar.gz -C .
-
cd ptu-Nov10/cde-root/var/lib/irods/iRODS/server/bin
-
./script_6.scr.cde
The pre-processing pipeline code is in the file script_6.scr located at:
cde-root/var/lib/irods/iRODS/server/bin/cmd/
