Provenance to Use

The tar archive in this resource contains the relevant code and data in the cde-package/cde-root directory. To reproduce the model execution, follow these instructions on a Linux machine:

  1. tar -xvf ptu_VIC_all.tar.gz -C .

  2. cd ptu-Nov10/cde-root/var/lib/irods/iRODS/server/bin

  3. ./script_6.scr.cde
