- img: This folder contains images that are rendered in the jupyter notebooks.
- nwm_utils: This folder contains supplementary code.
- sample-data: A folder that contains input data for the basic-fim-mapping.ipynb and flow-duration-analysis.ipynb notebooks.
- basic-fim-mapping.ipynb: The code that applies the basin flood inundation mapping approach to create flood maps for a given discharge.
- collect-aorc-v1.1.ipynb: The code that collects the meteorological data from AORC version 1.1 dataset for a domain of interest and computes averages across the sub-catchments.
- flow-duration-analysis.ipynb: The code that retrieves observed and modeled streamflow from USGS and National Water Model retrospective version 3, respectively, and computes flow duration curves.
- ngen-hydrofabric-subset.ipynb: The code that creates a subset of hydrofabric data.
- snow-retrieval-workflow.ipynb: The code that retrieves snow water equivalent from SNOTEL and National Water Model retrospective version 3 results for a set of SNOTEL sites within a domain.
- getData.py: A Python script that is used to get SNOTEL data and it is called in the
snow-retrieval-workflow
jupyter notebook. - subset.py: A Python script that is used to subset the NGen Hydrofabric in the

jupyter notebook.
Data Services
The following web services are available for data contained in this resource. Geospatial Feature and Raster
data are made available via Open Geospatial Consortium Web Services. The provided links can be copied and pasted
into GIS software to access these data. Multidimensional NetCDF data are made available via a THREDDS Data Server
using remote data access protocols such as OPeNDAP. Other data services may be made available in the future to
support additional data types.
