ABSTRACT:
The research utilizes the SD6-CI model, an extension of the original SD6 model using an agent-based model framework of PyCHAMP, to simulate decision-making processes under different policy scenarios, including the effects of LEMA restrictions and crop insurance coverage.
The SD6-CI model was developed using the PyCHAMP v1.0 (Lin et al., 2024), which is freely available on GitHub (https://github.com/philip928lin/PyCHAMP). The repository includes the user manual, and all data utilized in this study.
